•Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers to deepen relationships and achieve deposit and loan goals.
•Drive financial center profitability by ensuring service and sales activity complies with policy standards, meet regulatory requirements, and coach staff toward growth.
•Manage staff levels and oversee all operational activities including transaction accuracy and execution of leadership tasks.

•5+ years of experience in banking retail or lending; 3+ years in leadership preferred.
•Proven ability to develop customer relationships and new account activity.
