Oversee production operations to ensure established safety, quality, and customer specifications are met while maximizing productivity and cost efficiency. Train and support team members, plan and schedule manpower, materials, products, and machines, and manage employee performance with feedback. Promote safety and communicate proactively with employees while investigating quality improvements, cost reductions, method improvements, yield control, and equipment maintenance.
