Event Specialist (6 Month Contract)

Own the end-to-end planning and execution of large internal events—company-wide gatherings, team offsites, and in-office takeovers—often involving hundreds of employees across multiple locations. Lead vendor management for catering, A/V, venues, rentals, and entertainment, serve as the onsite lead during events, and manage budgets, invoices, and post-event reconciliation. Partner with ERGs, IT, and office teams to deliver consistent experiences for both in-person and remote employees.
