Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with OSHA, Lockout/Tagout, Arc Flash, and NFPA 70E, including incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop six maintenance technicians, including performance reviews, development planning, and training/cross-training programs.
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership for troubleshooting, critical repairs, preventive maintenance, rebuilds, shutdown activities, and equipment startups after major repairs.
  • •Manage preventive and predictive maintenance by developing and executing PM schedules, improving PM completion and CMMS utilization, and supporting shutdown and predictive programs.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by leading projects such as PLC/control upgrades, reliability and safety enhancements, energy reduction initiatives, equipment replacement/modernization, and lean manufacturing practices.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
  • •3+ years of maintenance leadership experience.
  • •Experience with blown film or extrusion is strongly preferred.
  • •Hands-on troubleshooting experience with industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; PLC troubleshooting experience is preferred.
  • •Experience with CMMS systems and the ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
