Key Responsibilities

•Establish and maintain the project planning and scheduling framework, including procedures, baseline governance, reporting cycles, and schedule control metrics/KPIs.
•Develop and maintain the WBS/CBS, baseline schedule, and integrated Master Schedule using inputs from designers, the CM, and contractors.
•Prepare phasing and work package strategies aligned with the procurement strategy and key project interfaces.
•Develop and optimize CPM schedules, and review third-party schedules for logic, critical path, risk, and overall reasonableness.
•Define progress measurement methods, implement Earned Value Management, verify progress reporting, and issue the monthly integrated controls report (cost-schedule-risk).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 98,000 - 148,000 annually

•A recognized relevant university degree is beneficial.
•8+ years of relevant experience in project controls, time/schedule management and project management.
