Key Requirements

  • •Minimum ten years of C++ development experience in a Linux-based environment.
  • •Expertise in C++ design for microsecond latency, including cache-conscious data structures, lock-free concurrency, and the C++ memory model.
  • •Systems-level latency engineering experience (e.g., kernel bypass, core isolation, NUMA-aware thread/memory placement, syscalls off the critical path).
  • •Experience building electronic trading systems such as market data systems or crossing engines, including exchange-native protocol and feed handler work.
  • •Experience leading and mentoring small, highly technical development teams while providing Level 3 support across global operations.
