Job Summary

Deploy and prove AI-first ProcessOS workflows at enterprise customers, owning the journey from first process file to production and measurable fitness improvements. Collaborate end-to-end across Java services and React interfaces while configuring and running Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments. Debug integration failures, build custom agents and connector logic for legacy systems, document the emerging deployment playbook, and hand off trained teams to run improvements independently.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the deployment journey from first process file to a working, improving production workflow and establish measurable outcomes.
•Configure and run Camunda clusters locally and in cloud environments; debug integration failures and improve performance and fault tolerance.
•Build custom agents and connector logic to integrate legacy enterprise systems with ProcessOS.
•Drive organizational adoption by working with technical and business stakeholders to build trust and turn early deployments into lasting capability.
•Document the deployment playbook and feed back custom integrations, patterns, and production bug fixes into the ProcessOS product.

Key Requirements

•Enterprise production experience: you’ve shipped something inside a large organization and stayed to see it operate, understanding governance and resilience at scale.
•Technical depth to debug integration failures, write custom agents against legacy APIs, stand up a Camunda cluster from scratch, and explain generated BPMN to both engineers and business leads.
•Stakeholder communication across engineering, architecture, and business leadership while maintaining precision.
•Practical AI experience using AI in production, including context management, prompt engineering, agent testing, and integration tradeoffs.
•Comfort with ambiguity: make judgment calls without a playbook and document what you learn.
