Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper supplies and PPE are ready for each day’s patient visits.
  • •Use technology to access daily schedules and commute to patient homes.
  • •Establish patient rapport and collect relevant information while providing comfortable, patient-centric care.
  • •Perform diagnostic and preventative services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, retina exams, and ECGs (as applicable).
  • •Label and manage collected samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 26 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where state licensure is not required.
  • •Previous venipuncture experience and ability to perform phlebotomy/specimen collection services.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of required course/program completion based on licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance, with reliable transportation to patient homes.
  • •Pass national background check and DMV check, and meet vaccination/immunity requirements (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, and TDaP).
