Job Summary

Oversee the day-to-day operational and clinical needs of a region within NOCD’s telehealth therapist network. Serve as the primary contact for therapists, coaching them to meet utilization and clinical goals while ensuring adherence to clinical procedures and operational policies. Coordinate programs with clinical and network leadership, manage schedules in the EHR, support onboarding cohorts, and respond to therapist requests and urgent operational emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary contact for therapists in the network, building relationships through meetings and reviews.
•Assist therapists in meeting utilization and clinical goals through coaching, problem-solving, and performance management.
•Coordinate with Chief Network Operating Officer and Chief Clinical Officer to implement programs, procedures, and maintain clinical quality metrics.
•Ensure adherence to NOCD operational policies and procedures; manage performance management plans as needed.
•Handle daily operational support: respond to therapist needs (email/Slack/Zoom), manage schedules in EHR, run onboarding/training cohorts, and address urgent after-hours requests.

Key Requirements

•Serve as a primary contact for therapists and provide effective leadership and guidance on clinical practice.
•Manage therapists’ utilization and clinical metrics by identifying barriers and coaching problem-solving.
•Ensure therapists adhere to operational policies and participate in performance management plans in coordination with People Operations.

•Manage regional onboarding/training cohorts and support the transition into the therapist network.
