Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the shift production group for safe plant operations and achievement of production and HSE targets.
  • •Operate the plant safely per SOPs and daily operating instructions to meet department targets.
  • •Provide guidance and troubleshooting to minimize delays and implement corrective actions to reduce waste.
  • •Assist in developing SOP/JSA and quality systems, and nominate training needs to improve team skills.
  • •Ensure HSE compliance through safety meetings/awareness sessions, safety observation closure, and issuance of Permit to Work after risk analysis; coordinate with maintenance for timely job reporting and completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in chemical, Mechanical, or Metallurgy engineering.
  • •Technical Chemical/Mechanical/Metallurgy Diploma.
  • •4 years of experience as a bachelor’s degree holder.
  • •10 years of experience with a technical diploma.
  • •Experience as a shift production supervisor for 3 years.
