Sr. Controls Technician - Madison, WI

Commission, program, and service direct digital control systems on assigned HVAC/controls projects. Work onsite at customer locations as the direct customer contact—troubleshooting, end-to-end testing, documenting point-to-point verification and sequence-of-operations validation, and completing job closeout requirements. Coordinate with team leaders and customers to plan installations and repairs, maintain product knowledge, enforce safety standards, and manage company assets while supporting customer satisfaction.
