Lead, develop, and motivate a team of Brand Advocates to deliver best-in-class customer experiences and reflect brand values. Partner with the Store Manager to drive store profitability through customer engagement, merchandising, and operations. In the Store Manager’s absence, assume full store responsibility. Support sales growth using KPIs, coach the team, oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, manage expenses and shrink, maintain visual merchandising, and support inventory practices.
