Job Summary

Lead commissioning mechanical and manage/coordinate the construction scope under FEED/EPC contracts, ensuring timely work order completion and alignment with project schedules. Coordinate the FEED/EPC contractor from construction through commissioning and handover, review EPC package constructability inputs, and supervise/inspect construction activities to ADNOC Offshore policies. Support bid and estimate inputs, review design documents, conduct site/facility visits, and contribute to HSE improvement and change management.

Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate and formulate commissioning mechanical activities, ensuring strict enforcement of construction scope under FEED/EPC contracts to support timely work order completion.
•Coordinate the FEED/EPC contractor from construction through commissioning and handover of FEED/EPC works.
•Review and provide input to construction/installation plans, procedures, and EPC package requirements to ensure efficient constructability and compliance with EPC scope intent.
•Supervise, monitor, and inspect EPC contractor and subcontractor work at construction locations (or facilities where applicable), maintaining adherence to safety, quality, and schedule.
•Support bids/estimates and constructability readiness by providing construction inputs, reviewing design documents, conducting site/facility visits, and developing construction requirements/deliverables.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering or another discipline.
•Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 5 years in a similar role.
•PMC experience on EPC onshore brownfield field production upgrade and modification projects is highly preferable.
•Thorough working knowledge of construction completion procedures and pre-commissioning activities.
•Ability to review engineering design drawings and challenge work content to improve cost/safety outcomes, including reducing/minimizing hot work.
