  • •Create, design, and produce compliance e-learnings across all project phases.

  • •Help create video content, develop training storylines, and prepare stakeholder presentations.
  • •Update SharePoint pages, maintain workflows in MS Planner, and support a migration to an AI-based ticketing system.
