Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify high-impact data science opportunities and translate business questions into analytics projects.
  • •Develop, deploy, and monitor large-scale machine learning models and predictive analytics to solve banking problems.
  • •Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources to inform model development and decision-making.
  • •Prototype ideas and demonstrate pros and cons clearly to guide product decisions and AI adoption in software development.
  • •Lead and mentor teams, promoting programming best practices and adoption of emerging AI technologies.

Key Requirements

  • •Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of related experience
  • •Mastery of programming skills in Python or R
  • •Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., DOMO, AWS QuickSight, Tableau)
  • •Mastery of machine learning algorithms and techniques
  • •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
