Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead integrated communications strategies across EMEI in partnership with regional and global business leaders, aligning enterprise priorities and stakeholder engagement.
  • •Serve as a senior communications advisor on strategic projects, complex issues, and high-impact business initiatives.
  • •Lead External Communications, Government Relations communications (with focus on Europe), and Employee Communications across the region.
  • •Provide strategic counsel to leaders on stakeholder engagement, issues management, and corporate reputation; support continuity and protect reputation during complex situations.
  • •Ensure crisis readiness in Europe and the Middle East as Assistant Public Information Officer, and act as alternate in the absence of the Director; lead the team and oversee communications plans and key leadership messages.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s Degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •Minimum 10 years of communications experience with strong writing, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience managing communications professionals.
  • •Senior-level corporate communications experience supporting complex, high-profile business initiatives.
  • •Experience in external communications, stakeholder engagement, employee communications, issues management, and government relations communications; chemical industry experience is preferred.
