Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions inside enterprise customer environments as part of a delivery team. Partner with a Deployment Strategist to co-build production-ready components, from architecture through validation and observability. Develop AI agents and customer experiences, integrate prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks, and track deployment health with KPI dashboards—while continuously experimenting with emerging AI tools and models.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments in production.
•Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions, integrating prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and customer system integrations.
•Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployment, validation, and observability.
•Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
•Partner with customers to translate business challenges into agentic solutions and surface platform gaps and edge cases.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through.
•A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (e.g., consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
•Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to add more as needed.
•Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering, with the ability to reason about prompt failures and improve them.
