Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments in production.
  • •Develop AI agents and experiences that take real actions, integrating prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and customer system integrations.
  • •Own technical components end-to-end, from architecture choice through deployment, validation, and observability.
  • •Build and integrate data pipelines across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks, and customer data platforms.
  • •Partner with customers to translate business challenges into agentic solutions and surface platform gaps and edge cases.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, including at least one production system you can walk through.
  • •A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • •Prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (e.g., consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering).
  • •Fluency in at least one of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex, and willingness to add more as needed.
  • •Hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering, with the ability to reason about prompt failures and improve them.
