Key Responsibilities

  • •Authorize the processing and administration of loan borrowings where HSBC provides agency and administration services for syndicated and bilateral deals.
  • •Authorize/validate/monitor administrative duties for servicing deals, including creation in Loan IQ, payments and funding, maturity administration, amendments, and closure.
  • •Oversee completion of mandatory checks in line with Global Standards.
  • •Compile, generate, and present related MI reports to senior management.
  • •Manage operational effectiveness and control by monitoring productivity/quality, analysing and resolving/escalating issues, and ensuring effective workflow management to meet timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •A post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline (higher qualification not a bar).
  • •At least 1 year of experience in the securities industry.
  • •Ability to build and maintain relations with business units and provide feedback through follow-up on service level agreements (SLAs).
  • •Strong analytical, statistical and data mining skills to study trends, make projections, and interpret numeric information.
  • •Experience successfully managing and developing a team, with process management and the ability to initiate process improvements.
