•Work independently to achieve business development objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding annual capture and revenue targets
•Identify, develop, and drive new project opportunities, ensuring a sustainable pipeline and long-term profitability

•Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
•Strong communication skills, with full professional proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken)
