Key Responsibilities

•Build and strengthen client and agency partnerships to drive shared business goals and long-term growth.
•Lead end-to-end full-funnel marketing campaign strategy and execution, including planning, measurement solutions, reporting (QBR), and performance optimization.
•Serve as a product consultant to educate partners on TikTok solutions, new features, and best practices, and drive product adoption.
•Deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations through QBRs and executive updates to improve client impact and performance.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Measurement, Creative, Solutions Engineering, and Operations to enhance performance and influence adoption and innovation.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience as an Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agency, media, or tech companies.
•Demonstrated experience with full-funnel digital marketing and measurement.
•Hands-on understanding of the media and advertising landscape, including digital and programmatic sales.
•Ability to analyze data and derive insights to assess campaign performance.
•Fluency in Italian and English with strong written and oral proficiency for regional clients.
