Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to align sourcing and hiring strategies with people strategies.
  • •Assess talent requirements with business leaders and hiring managers to meet hiring plans and timelines.
  • •Use networks to discover, attract, and recruit diverse, experienced talent.
  • •Screen and select candidates, leading the interview and offer process with D&I best practices.
  • •Lead recruiting initiatives to improve and scale recruiting operations and outcomes from application to offer.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • •Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • •Experience building and executing recruiting processes with keen attention to detail.
  • •Passion for delivering a great candidate experience, including for those not selected.
