Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise UK People Partners and business leaders on pay decisions, compensation design, and reward governance.
  • •Lead the design, review, and ongoing management of incentive plans aligned with business priorities, performance outcomes, and reward principles.
  • •Manage UK compensation programmes and structures including market survey submissions, pay ranges, the share save programme, and early careers compensation structures.
  • •Oversee compensation governance initiatives and ensure fair, consistent, defensible compensation practices aligned to regulatory requirements and internal approvals.
  • •Deliver annual compensation cycles (salary review, bonus, promotion), prepare analysis and recommendations for senior leadership and Board discussions, and drive continuous improvement using technology and analytics.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading, running, and delivering large-scale compensation programmes and compensation cycles in a global organization.
  • •Knowledge of pay frameworks, benchmarking, incentive plan design, and compensation governance requirements.
  • •Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at senior and executive levels with trusted, commercially focused advice.
  • •Commercial awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements, translating them into compensation programmes that support performance and colleague experience.
  • •Advanced Excel skills and confidence using data and analytics; experience with Workday is preferred.
