•Drive customer success for EMR integrations across the full lifecycle, including implementation planning and go-live support.
•Be the technical point for triage + escalation, coordinating with internal engineering/product teams and developing playbooks.
•Build scalable processes and metrics for EMR implementation and ongoing support, focusing on customer health and SLA performance.
•Partner cross-functionally with Sales and other stakeholders to improve onboarding and EMR integration outcomes.

•Strong healthcare integration/program delivery background (EMR implementations, portals, or similar), aligned with end-to-end EMR integration work.
•Proven project/program management experience managing timelines, customers, and schedules.
