Key Responsibilities

•Own the MSP business unit P&L, including revenue, margin, investment, and growth targets.
•Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the MSP play, including business model, pricing/commercials, and partner economics that scale the motion.
•Build the multi-year business plan and operating model for the unit.
•Drive net-new and recurring revenue through MSP partners, owning the number and the pipeline.
•Build, lead, and develop the team for the new unit and collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to support the MSP motion.

Key Requirements

•15–20 years of progressive leadership experience in enterprise software / SaaS.
•Demonstrated ownership of a multi-million-dollar P&L, with a track record of building and scaling a business or business unit.
