Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and evaluate regulatory research and corporate structuring to inform international expansion strategy.
  • •Assess licensing and compliance requirements (including package travel, payments, data privacy, and seller-of-travel laws) for target markets and translate them into actionable business requirements.
  • •Manage and coordinate local counsel across jurisdictions and synthesize inputs into coherent internal recommendations.
  • •Build scalable processes for monitoring regulatory changes and standardize regulatory operations using policies, playbooks, legal templates, and frameworks.
  • •Provide compliance oversight through risk assessments, regulator/audit engagement, and ownership of business registrations, qualifications, and periodic filings.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of legal/compliance and regulatory operations experience combining Big Law and in-house work in a startup or dynamic environment.

  • •Strong judgment balancing legal and business risk with appropriate escalations.
