Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Mindshare Japan client leadership team and oversee the delivery of contracted services to clients
•Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality outcomes
•Identify opportunities to expand revenue from out-of-scope offerings and value-added services
•Collaborate with regional and global teams on new business pitches and client pursuits
•Ensure commitments to clients are specific, deliverable and exceeded where possible, while coordinating with internal teams to meet client objectives

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field
•7+ years of senior management experience in a client-facing leadership role
• proven ability to manage multiple teams and complex client relationships
•excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
•fluency in English is preferred and bilingual capabilities are a plus
