Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute assigned jobs to established work standards and required time while following company policies and procedures.
  • •Maintain discipline in the service establishment, ensuring a safe and clean area by adhering to rules and regulations.
  • •Coordinate with the Workshop controller and work with the Manager to plan and coordinate repair schedules.
  • •Update and monitor job scheduling and progress control to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with QMS SOP.
  • •Maintain electronic and/or paper records of completed service work and perform other assigned tasks to support workshop activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree or diploma in any field.
  • •3-5 years of experience in a reputed workshop in a similar role.
  • •Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
  • •Fluency in spoken Arabic and proficiency in computer operations.
  • •Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate and follow up effectively.
