Job Summary

Ensure effective utilization of time and resources by scheduling repair jobs to production lines and coordinating daily workshop activities. Maintain discipline and a safe, clean service area in line with company policies. Update and monitor job scheduling and progress control to support on-time delivery and compliance with QMS SOP, while keeping accurate service records and staying current with new procedures and time standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute assigned jobs to established work standards and required time while following company policies and procedures.
•Maintain discipline in the service establishment, ensuring a safe and clean area by adhering to rules and regulations.
•Coordinate with the Workshop controller and work with the Manager to plan and coordinate repair schedules.
•Update and monitor job scheduling and progress control to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with QMS SOP.
•Maintain electronic and/or paper records of completed service work and perform other assigned tasks to support workshop activities.

Key Requirements

•Degree or diploma in any field.
•3-5 years of experience in a reputed workshop in a similar role.
•Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
•Fluency in spoken Arabic and proficiency in computer operations.
•Strong communication and analytical skills with the ability to negotiate and follow up effectively.
