Supervisor Rider On Ground Ops

Lead logistics operations for allocated zones by overseeing rider fraud detection, compliance with platform policies/SOPs, and regulatory adherence. Manage a team of Rider Coordinators, conduct on-ground audits and site spot checks, and coordinate corrective actions during live operations. Own cancellation-fraud workflows end to end, maintain weekly reporting on trends and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of anti-fraud and compliance processes.
