Key Responsibilities

•Own intake, prioritization, and control of business requirements for core system modernizations (e.g., damage/accident, policy administration).
•Translate requirements into detailed solution specifications and steer implementation teams (internal/external).
•Ensure deployment and evolution of Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter modules including integrations via APIs/digital platforms.
•Manage quality assurance, budget, and schedule control for delivery.
•Run workshops for executives, business units, and IT; drive change-management, stakeholder communication, and project success measurement; mentor teams in the DACH team.

Key Requirements

•Degree in business informatics or business administration, or comparable qualification.
•10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance sector, ideally with multiple core insurance implementations.
•Proven experience with Guidewire systems or comparable core insurance platforms.
•Strong knowledge of DACH regulatory frameworks.
•Program/project leadership experience plus excellent moderation and communication skills.
