Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide insightful analysis of business performance by examining key drivers of P&L and balance sheet.
  • •Deliver monthly/periodic analysis of underlying costs and drivers, focusing on identifying cost control initiatives.
  • •Support BAU and ad-hoc analysis requests to operational units and senior management; facilitate the FRP process.
  • •Manage the periodic forecasting process to ensure country forecasts are accurately represented in systems.
  • •Engage with senior Finance and business teams to understand cost drivers and support consistent FP&A operations across relevant centers.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of experience and subject matter expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
  • •Effective analytical skills to contextualize data into business insights and conclusions.
  • •Post graduate qualifications such as CA, MBA, or CFA are preferred (not mandatory).
  • •Good spoken and written communication skills.
  • •Successfully complete Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment as required.
