Manager, Tax Accounting - Corporate

Manage federal and state income tax compliance and oversee tax provision reporting under ASC 740, including current/deferred and disclosures. Lead payroll, information reporting, and non-wage withholding compliance, supporting sales/use tax, SOX income tax and payroll, and related audits. Serve as a technical tax resource for business lines by researching tax issues, drafting memos, and coordinating workpapers, examinations, and regulatory inquiries. Mentor and lead a tax team while managing workflow and department initiatives.
