Customer Service Delivery Advocate

Deliver vehicles directly to customers’ doors using Carvana’s custom car haulers while providing a great customer experience. You’ll load and unload vehicles, inspect the hauler and vehicles for safe operation, complete customer paperwork, and enter detailed notes into the customer tracking system. Work rotating shift hours and days off, maintain a clean driving record, and meet role-specific licensing requirements including Notary and state specialty licenses where applicable.
