Job Summary

Lead City IT business relationship management to align technology with business requirements across Qiddiya’s City Development department. Partner with IT and business units to identify needs, translate requirements into BRDs and business cases, and recommend technology solutions. Manage business analysis teams through project lifecycles, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and track delivery against timelines and quality—while staying current on emerging technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the liaison between IT and business units in City Development, advocating for business needs in IT strategy.
•Identify and analyze business requirements and provide technical recommendations to support operational excellence.
•Lead and manage business analysis teams through project lifecycles, ensuring delivery meets timelines and quality standards.
•Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather inputs, refine requirements, and set project priorities.
•Develop and maintain business process documentation and monitor project performance, deliverables, and milestones, providing updates to senior management.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
•10+ years of experience in business analysis, demand management, business relationship management (BRM), or IT consulting.

•Experience developing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and business cases; certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are preferred.
