Fulfillment

Support fulfillment operations by tracking supply and demand for customer sales orders and execution through to delivery. Generate and maintain shipment and fulfillment reports, analyze delays or misses, and coordinate closely with Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics. Handle global customer escalations related to tool downs, implement reporting within established frameworks, and train end users. Work rotating shifts and build dashboards/metrics to drive business decisions.
