Job Summary

Conduct raw material incoming inspections and production monitoring quality tests according to specifications. Document and evaluate results using inspection protocols, and collaborate closely with Production and Development to identify causes of quality fluctuations. Determine physical and chemical properties of reaction resins (polyurethane, epoxy, acrylic resins) and perform wet-chemical analyses using instrumental analytics. Support continuous improvement of quality processes across departments.

•Document and evaluate inspection results and observations using test protocols.
•Work with Production and Development to identify causes of quality fluctuations.
•Determine physical and chemical properties of reaction resins (polyurethane, epoxy resins, acrylic resins).
•Run wet-chemical analyses and use instrumental analytics; support optimization of quality processes.

Key Requirements

•Completed vocational training as chemical laboratory assistant or building materials tester (m/w/d), or a comparable qualification.
•Strong knowledge of wet-chemical (nasschemische) analysis.
•Ideally experience testing and applying construction products.
•Very good German and good English skills.
•Ideally experience with SAP and common MS Office applications.
