Key Responsibilities

  • •Interview clients, analyze medical records, and draft persuasive memos arguing why SSA should consider them disabled.
  • •Work with a client’s local representative to track down missing paperwork at SSA and keep cases moving.
  • •Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and support ongoing case work.
  • •Identify and improve inefficient workflows (e.g., processing case updates) with scope, team buy-in, and execution.
  • •Assist with client outreach efforts (e.g., supporting Marketing testimonials) and test new tools with Product.
