Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop executive presentations, strategic narratives, playbooks, toolkits, and communication materials for Global Workplace Experience Strategy initiatives.
  • •Translate complex strategy, research, and workplace experience concepts into clear, digestible content for executive and cross-functional audiences.
  • •Partner with team leaders on executive storytelling to communicate strategic vision, key decisions, and business value to senior leadership.
  • •Contribute to communication strategy by building repeatable communication and stakeholder engagement processes and change-management cadences.
  • •Support internal communications and organizational change initiatives, including meeting facilitation, workshop preparation, executive briefings, and follow-up materials.

  • •Currently enrolled in a full-time graduate’s degree program.
  • •Graduate degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
  • •3 plus years of work experience.
  • •Pursuing a graduate degree in Communications, Corporate Communications, Marketing, Organizational Psychology, Public Relations, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executive and cross-functional audiences.
