Job Summary

Own block/chip-level physical design across the chip development flow, from netlist to GDSII, including floorplanning, auto place & routing, and PPA push/signoff (physical verification, STA, and IREM). Serve as foundry contact for process introduction, chip tapeout, mass production, packaging/testing, and quality control. Evaluate project plans and support project initiation, collaborating with front-end chip teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Own block/chip-level physical design from netlist to GDSII, including floorplan and auto place and routing.
•Perform PPA push and signoff work such as physical verification, STA, and IREM.
•Act as the foundry contact window for new process introduction and chip tapeout.
•Support mass production, packaging and testing, and participate in quality control activities.
•Evaluate project plans and prepare for project initiation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in relevant majors (e.g., microelectronics/computer) with 3+ years of APR work experience.
•Proficient scripting skills (TCL, Perl, Python, etc.).
•Proficient use of mainstream backend tools with basic backend concepts.
•Project experience with advanced processes such as 7nm/5nm/3nm.
•Fluent English reading and writing, with teamwork and responsible work attitude.
