Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and related products, including deposit and lending products.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line of business partners to acquire clients and deepen existing relationships.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required), with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit concepts including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Ability to work with small business clients by asking fact-finding questions, overcoming objections, and being helpful (preferred).
