Key Responsibilities

•Lead onsite management of tenant improvement and interior fit-out projects for a high-profile technology client.
•Interface with the client and other consultants at all project stages to ensure alignment and delivery.
•Manage project financials, including client invoicing and monitoring financial status using the project financial system.
•Develop and maintain the detailed project plan, budget progress reports, and governance structures.
•Ensure quality control and compliance with standards, monitor changes, and manage information flow and reporting to stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Prior GC experience is required.
•Strategic-level advisory capability during project conception and objective fulfilment.
•Strong time management skills to ensure quality, timely delivery.
•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
•Experience managing commercial real estate or related construction projects, including Tenant Improvement and Fitout.
