Lead store operations and drive business performance by delivering exceptional customer experience while building a high-performing, inclusive team culture. Partner with store leaders and associates to achieve and exceed sales goals using KPIs, coach and develop employees in customer service and product knowledge, and resolve escalated customer concerns. Oversee scheduling, expense control, loss prevention, audits, reporting, visual merchandising, inventory receiving, and support community marketing events.
