Key Requirements

  • •At least 7 years of experience in commercial construction or a similar adjacent role.
  • •At least 3 years of experience as a foreman/people manager, with leadership of field personnel in fast-paced construction or heavy equipment environments.
  • •Strong ability to read and interpret civil construction drawings, grading plans, and site plans.
  • •Hands-on experience operating dozers and other grading equipment, with background in heavy civil construction, earthwork, grading, or site development.
  • •OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred; First Aid/CPR certification preferred; experience with Trimble Grade Control Systems or similar GPS machine control technology preferred.
