Job Summary

Serve customers in a retail financial center by using a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment to uncover current and future needs. Recommend retail consumer and small business products, cross-sell to deepen relationships, and drive periodic reviews using CAMP and approved marketing tools. Coordinate with business partners (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) and help customers through loan and bankcard processes while processing teller transactions and supporting platform staff work.

Key Responsibilities

•Use a consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
•Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products and recommend appropriate solutions using the bank’s value proposition.
•Use CAMP and approved marketing tools to reach out to customers, set appointments, and support periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities, including presentations, sales calls, and community events.
•Partner with Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, and Investment teams to refer customers and support end-to-end loan/bankcard processing while processing teller transactions.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience with transferable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Comfort developing customer acquisition and cross-selling through sales activities for consumer households and small businesses.
•Demonstrated ability to analyze credit and financial information using advanced math functions.
•Professional appearance and verbal/written communication to represent the bank.
•Working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to exercise good judgment.
