Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installations and repairs by forecasting issues, gathering materials, and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact for assigned projects, diagnosing and repairing equipment and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Use blueprints/engineering specifications and hand tools to diagnose and repair HVAC units using HVAC theory, including pipe fitting and mechanical layouts.
  • •Maintain flexibility for overtime and weekend work as required, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and maintain security/accountability of company-issued and procured assets by recording use, wear, and conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent required; typically 5+ years of HVAC experience (technical school/formal training preferred).

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major/frequent traffic violations within the last 3 years.
  • •Ability to coordinate and perform on-site installation and repairs for HVAC systems in a commercial environment.
