Job Summary

Drive daily execution of Finance SAP Record to Report (RTR) project activities, acting as a key interface between the ERP program and RTR workstreams. Establish governance, coordinate cross-functional delivery, manage risks and RAID impacts, and support change requests and post-implementation reviews. Plan, execute, and monitor timelines, budgets, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure workstream objectives and deliverables are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive daily execution of Finance SAP RTR project activities and support RTR workstreams to achieve objectives and deliverables.
•Establish and maintain governance frameworks and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across workstream initiatives.
•Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams within an operating model transformation.
•Manage day-to-day execution against the Implementation Plan, including proactive identification and resolution support for RAID impacts.
•Serve as a liaison between RTR and stakeholders (business, IT, vendors), providing regular reporting on progress, financial performance, and key metrics to senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 138,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Project management experience in corporate environments, preferably on large business transformations or systems implementations with systems integrators/management consultants.
•Proven expertise with SAP, including experience with data management or data governance.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, or related discipline, plus a CPA designation.
•Experience leading large, complex enterprise-wide programs using project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall); PMP/PgMP/PMI is an asset.
•Ability to establish governance frameworks and proactively manage risks across multiple workstreams, including financial budget control and reporting.
