  • •Own critical product areas from concept to production: design and build features across our full stack, make architectural decisions, work directly with customers to validate solutions, and ensure your systems scale as we grow.
  • •Multiply the team's impact: write code that other engineers build on top of, establish patterns that improve our velocity, share knowledge that levels up the team, and help shape how we build at Opal.
  • •Build end-to-end: design the solution and ship it across frontend and backend.
  • •Think creatively about requirements and propose better approaches, questioning the "why" behind what you're building.
  • •Thrive in undefined spaces and engage with customers to understand needs and how Opal enables growth.
