Key Responsibilities

  • •Own solution strategy, technical direction, and delivery outcomes for customer engagements from problem definition through production deployment and scale.
  • •Serve as primary customer-facing solution leader and supply chain domain expert by understanding customer planning processes, workflows, constraints, and business objectives.
  • •Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities across planning, inventory, production/scheduling, pricing, procurement/logistics, order fulfillment, service levels, and working capital.
  • •Translate supply chain and operational challenges into tractable AI/ML/optimization/software problems with defined decision variables, constraints, requirements, and success criteria.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams (Forward Deployed Engineers, data scientists, product managers, engineers, and industry experts) through use case definition, architecture, configuration, validation, deployment, adoption, and scale-out.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
  • •7+ years of experience across supply chain, manufacturing, operations, planning, logistics, procurement, pricing, operations research, or technically focused consulting.
  • •Deep expertise in one or more areas such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, production planning, manufacturing scheduling, pricing, procurement, logistics, distribution, or supply chain network optimization.
  • •Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts including service levels, safety stock, lead times, capacity constraints, bills of material, production constraints, inventory policies, pricing decisions, sourcing decisions, and network flows.
  • •Experience using enterprise supply chain data and systems (e.g., ERP/MRP, planning, warehouse, transportation, procurement, manufacturing) and working knowledge of platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or o9.
