CDD - Chargé de sinistres Dommages Entreprises H/F

In the Claims department, you manage property damage claims end-to-end for business clients, from opening to closure. You analyze insurance coverage, prepare required case documents, and make insurer/third-party/client position recommendations. You rigorously track missing documents and prescription deadlines, support follow-up of legal procedures, propose transactional solutions when needed, and keep tools and claim reporting accurate, including legal monitoring.
