Job Summary

Drive operational excellence for the Pratt & Whitney Asheville value stream by performing macro-level analysis of the product portfolio tied to SIOP, LRP, and what-if studies. Consolidate and analyze value stream data to support site capacity initiatives, conduct machine capacity and OEE gap analysis, evaluate the impact of product and schedule/demand changes, and recommend capital investment strategies. Translate capacity, headcount, and capital into executive presentations for quarterly, yearly, and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform macro-level analysis of the product portfolio for SIOP, LRP, and what-if studies to drive site-level capacity initiatives.
•Conduct machine capacity analysis to determine the efficiency (OEE) needed to meet network standards.
•Evaluate how product design changes and schedule/demand changes affect business capacity and monthly production.
•Develop methods and/or models to increase productivity, maximize efficiency, and manage human capital effectively.
•Recommend capital investment strategy for value stream delivery, cost targets, and optimal asset location; present results for enterprise planning.

Key Requirements
