Sales Associate

Represent the brand in-store by driving sales through exceptional customer service and retail experience. Greet customers, assist with product selection, convert shoppers into buyers, and promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program. Follow selling guidelines and maintain strong product knowledge and grooming. Support merchandise and visual standards, handle POS/billing, process payments and refunds, manage cash-till procedures, and adhere to SOP and loss-prevention policies.
